傳統員工餐廳的侷限

傳統的員工餐廳往往功能單一，缺乏彈性，無法滿足現代企業對於多功能空間的需求。例如，員工需要一個可以舉辦小型會議、進行非正式交流、甚至舉辦工作坊的場所，而不僅僅是用餐。此外，空間的設計也常常缺乏企業文化的體現，無法激發員工的歸屬感與創造力。

以時間為軸的空間轉換

104 Cafe 的設計核心在於「時間」的概念。設計師透過天花板的曲線延伸與可旋轉的隔柵，象徵時間的流動，並引導人流的動線。空間在不同的時間點，扮演著不同的角色：早晨是員工的咖啡廳，午間是用餐的餐廳，下午則轉變為會議室或工作坊的場地。這種設計不僅提高了空間的使用效率，也讓員工在不同的活動中，感受到空間的變化與新鮮感。

簡約中蘊含溫度

在材質的選擇上，設計師採用了進口超低甲醛乳膠漆、抗菌美耐板、進口壁磚、國產PVC地磚與人造石等，運用純粹的材料營造出現代感與溫暖感並存的氛圍。牆面上的藝術作品來自一零四希望基金會贊助的兒童畫展，為空間注入了愛與關懷的元素，體現企業的社會責任與人文關懷。

細節中的巧思

為了實現空間的多功能性，設計師在施工過程中，特別注重細節的處理。例如，可旋轉的木質隔柵，不僅作為空間的分隔，也能根據需求調整，創造出開放或私密的空間。此外，紅色的牆面設計，既作為視覺的焦點，也巧妙地劃分了不同的服務區域。

104 cafe, is not just another cafe.

It holds as a place for eating, coffee breaking, meeting, group working, spurring employees to interact more, sparking fresh ideas and boosting collaborations. It holds the purpose of being a multi-functional place, not just a proper “Cafeteria” or another “Cafe”, as stated by the designer.

The designers have added another concept to the three-dimensional space, the concept of “Time”.

Our designers intended for the concept of time to be expressed through the shifting spatial aspects of this multi-functional cafe and this agile office space. From the ceiling to turnable fences to the final transfer, the concept of time flow and consistent human flow speaks out through the dimension. The space is defined with its different functions through different timing mastery. It´s a cafe, a meeting room containing various small discussions and short meetings which can be started at any time. It´s a cafeteria, where the CEO to the security guard can come and dine here in the afternoon. Its where various types of workshops and party events can take place for the employees. Through time, according to the appropriate functional spatial planning, allows the spirit to be self-defined for the company itself.

At first sight, the curved ceiling leads the eyes to focus into a space that aligns into a fence at the back. It extends the area, symbolizing the continuous time flow. In addition to making these match perfectly, the designer had extended the branding colours into the triangular wooden fence. Creating a mysterious private section, meanwhile also fashioning a space with different layers.

The red color expresses passion and attention. Both are arranged in the wall cleverly in order to divide the different service sections, which then further extends the dimension and creates different layers within this space. Through the combination of simple elements and colours, the design represent the exclusive theme of this cafeteria.

The best part about the space is the Art pieces displayed the wall. They are all from a kid´s gallery which are sponsored by the corporation´s foundation. It´s full of love, care and creates corporation’s unique values.
